Wines made from the Bacchus grape are frequently mistaken for top quality New Zealand Sauvignon. 2018 was an excellent vintage and produced this fully fruity wine with full fresh aromas of citrus fruit with a mineral background.
It pairs really well with fish, cheese and mildly spicy dishes. As an aperitif, it is a sure winner.
No fining agents have been used so the wine is vegetarian and vegan freindly. Gluten free
